These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of United Kingdom and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts (in this instance, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the UK Courts in the Salford or greater Manchester area).

PRICE BEAT GUARANTEE

We agree to beat any like for like quote from a reputable company using their online case quoting system and where the items quoted for are comparable (we have had many instances where a quote has been up to £100 cheaper, only to find that there was a further £300 of hidden costs which manifest once the terms and conditions are reviewed). This does not extend to special offers as once again, the hidden costs manifest and there are instances where we have seen online companies quoting exceptionally low fees, only to go insolvent a few weeks later.
